2024 was another momentous year for the trophy cabinet at Hypervolt HQ, with commendations, and awards from the likes of AutoExpress, Deloitte Fast50, Deloitte Fast 500, and WhatCar? among others. January hasn't just ushered in a new year, but the fantastic news of two additional gongs at the inaugural WhatWhallcharger Awards, for what is fast becoming the most decorated EV charger in the market, as well as the highest rated on Trustpilot.
Launched in 2024, the awards showcase the best in home charging, with a panel of independent industry experts leading the selection process, with the top accolade being the prestigious Best Charger Award. Founded by Allan Pattison (co-founder of Evo magazine), Patrick Fuller (former editor of Autocar), and Liam O’Neill (former Jaguar Land Rover), WhatWallcharger was launched to create an information hub to help consumers navigate myriad home chargers on the market and unravel the jargon.
Patrick Fuller, co-founder of What Wallcharger?, notes: 'While there’s plenty of consumer advice about EVs, clear and jargon-free information on chargers remains scarce and often overlooked. As well as clinching the top 'Best Charger Award', Home 3 Pro additionally snatched the 'Best for Build Quality' sub-category, a testament to Hypervolt's relentless focus on robust yet beautiful design, and the best in British engineering. The judging panel, which includes experts from Kerbo Charge and ClickMechanic, rigorously tested top wall chargers to determine the winners.
