Hypervolt Unveils Beta for Game-Changing Octopus Intelligent Go Integration

Hypervolt and Octopus release Beta availability for Octopus Intelligent Go tariff

We are very excited to announce the beta availability of Octopus Intelligent Go tariffs for our v3 customers. In partnership with Octopus Energy Group and Kraken Technologies, we have been working very hard over the last few months to bring one of the most competitive energy tariffs in the UK market to the Hypervolt platform!

This has been one of the most long awaited feature releases of the year, with several tens of thousands of shared customers between Octopus Energy Group and Hypervolt. Beta testing is now scheduled to take place throughout August, with several hundred customers being progressively invited to join us in this final testing spree before we roll out the feature to all of our customers!

Through Octopus Intelligent Go, customers can unlock over £1000 per year in savings on their electricity bill, taking advantage of the market leading 6p a kWh energy charging tariff! Customers that own a Hypervolt v3 device will be able to access these savings through any electric vehicle, irrespective of whether the vehicle is Octopus compatible or not, as the Intelligent control of Hypervolt devices will happen directly through the Octopus Kraken powered SmartFlex integration.

Through the new Octopus mode in the Hypervolt app, customers can seamlessly enable their integration, directly from the Octopus app, with only a few steps, and unlock the magic of intelligent tariffs!

Limited Beta Availability

Availability is limited and not guaranteed, but eligible customers can register their interest to gain access to the tariff:

• You will need to fill in the interest form HERE
• You will need to be an existing Octopus customer
• You will need to eligible for Octopus Intelligent Go
• You will need to own a Hypervolt Home 3 or Home 3 Pro device
• You will need to bear with us, and Octopus, while we fix any issues that may arise

As the beta progresses, we hope to also be able to invite more and more customers to it. There will not be an opportunity to jump the queue on this occasion, as the Octopus team is carefully selecting eligible accounts and inviting everyone one by one.

This is a huge milestone for Hypervolt, and we are very grateful for the continued support of our partners, suppliers, investors and of course our wonderful team. Once we complete the release, the aim for team Hypervolt is to continue development and bring tariff to the v2 platform, making it available for all of our customers by end of the year!
