A maverick in the space, the firm launched in 2010 setting out on a mission to provide SMEs with the same quality, support, and choice when it comes to car schemes that larger organisations benefitted from. Two years later in 2012 the firm launched Britain's first EV salary sacrifice scheme, and the team have been innovating and transforming ever since.
According to EY's 2023 Mobility Consumer Index, 28% of new car buyers cite upfront cost as a major deterrent to EV purchase, however salary sacrifice allows eligible companies and employees the opportunity to lease a new EV through a scheme with the monthly rental and associated costs being deducted from an employee's gross salary, thus benefitting to a saving akin to their marginal rate of tax.
